Welcome to the DiVineSeVen website.

If you continue to browse and use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions of use, which together with our Privacy Policy govern DiVineSeVen’s relationship with you in relation to this website. If you disagree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, please do not access and/or use this website.

The term ‘DiVineSeVen’ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of this website.

Access to and use of the DiVineSeVen website (hereafter known as ‘the website’) is provided by Divine Seven Limited subject to the following Terms:

1. Orders

When you place an order, we will require your full name, e-mail address, valid delivery address and  credit /debit card details, without this information we will not be able to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order.

We use PayPal to process payments, but you do not need a PayPal account or to register for one to checkout successfully.  (In exceptional circumstances we may be able to take your payment by BCAS please email info@divineseven.com for further information). 

A contact telephone number is also required so that we may reach you if there is a problem with your order, or if your order requires a delivery quote. 

We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass this information to our suppliers/providers or couriers in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.

As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to the website. If you would rather not receive this information, please send an email to info@divineseven.com

The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:

  1.  You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
  2. We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Divine Seven Limited.
  3. When your product is shipped we will send you a despatch confirmation email.

Once your order has been dispatched, the completion of the contract between Divine Seven Limited and yourself takes place. If we cannot fulfill any obligations due to the following reasons you will be contacted by a member of our team either by email or phone:

1. The product you ordered being unavailable from stock*
2. Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
3. The identification of a pricing or product description error
4. Customers who fail to reach any order criteria set out in the Terms & Conditions.

Please be advised that some items may be out of stock due to demand. We may need to advise you that we will place your order direct with the supplier the next working day. Deliveries normally are made to us on a two to four week cycle, which may mean that your order will be not be processed immediately. Where possible we will do all that we can to ensure you receive your goods as soon as is possible. We will advise you of any possible delay and all available solutions. 

We reserve the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any time.

We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.


2. Product pricing & descriptions

Each product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Website are correct at the time, when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information, including Product Descriptions, appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position at the exact moment you place an order.

With Art ranges & bespoke items every effort is made to ensure that colours and shapes appear as realistic as possible. However, digital reproduction on different web browsers and computer monitors vary so we cannot guarantee the exact colour. We take care to keep our measurements as accurate as possible but due to the handmade nature of these productions, they may occasionally vary in size.

3. Bespoke items

Bespoke items (such as some of the Art & Living ranges) will be commissioned specially for you. You will receive (in some instances, where it is necessary) a colour swatch of the fabric/canvas in which your piece will be made. Please sign it and return it to us immediately so we can progress with your order. Should you wish to contact us in order not to delay your item then you may email us your confirmation and follow up by posting out the confirmation form to us. You may cancel your order at no cost before you sign your confirmation, but may not cancel your order after signing your confirmation.

4. Payment

Payment for all orders is at point of sale and not at point of dispatch.

All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rate (20% from January 2011) and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery. 

We use PayPal to process payments and accept all major debit/credit cards.  You do not need a PayPal account or need to register for one to checkout successfully.

You will need to confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer (via PayPal).  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Please note as we use PayPal to process your payments, Divine Seven Limited never at any time hold or store any customer card data whatsoever.


We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. 

We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold.

To be eligible to purchase products on this website and lawfully enter into and form contracts on this website under English law you must:

1.  Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.

2.  Be over 18 years of age.

3.  Stipulate a delivery address in the UK, Europe, Canada & US, Australia & New Zealand.  Delivery outside of these areas is by agreement with the owner of Divine Seven Limited (please email info@divineseven.com for further information). Please note that PO box numbers, hotels accommodation addresses are not acceptable.

4.  Possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to the PayPal system.

5.  Delivery

Orders will be despatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment subject to availability, and where possible sooner.

If your order is urgent, please email: info@divineseven.com and we will do our best to make sure you receive your items in time.

All goods will be wrapped and packaged very carefully to ensure a safe delivery. If an item is not in stock or we anticipate any delays we will let you know immediately.

UK Deliveries: Goods are usually sent recorded post via Royal Mail services. For large orders, a national courier service will be used.

Overseas Deliveries: For deliveries outside the UK, goods will be sent by Royal Mail International Signed For services or a specified courier.  Please note our postage and packaging charge does not cover any possible customs import duties and or taxes. These may be levied once the item(s) reach the specified country. You will be responsible for any import duties and taxes as we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Also international deliveries may be subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities, this may cause delays to deliveries which is beyond our control.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

If we don’t hear from you, within 7 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the products purchased, you are deemed to have received the products in full working order and with no problems.

6. Returns & Refund Policy 

We are happy to offer our customers a refund or exchange on all items (except Bespoke items as explained above). As part of our returns policy we must be informed by email or telephone, the notice to return an item within 48 hours from the date of delivery. Returned goods need be delivered back to us within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.  Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt in case of any damage in transit.  We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.  Refunds will only be given on items returned in original packaging and a re-saleable condition ie with the original packaging intact and undamaged, so please take care to rewrap and package thoroughly.

We understand that sometimes you might simply change your mind or decide that an item is not to your expectations, in this case we are pleased to offer a full refund on the item (as per the above terms).   Returned postal, shipping or courier (with insurance) charges are incurred at the customers own expense.  Unfortunately, all initial delivery costs including packing and insurance are non-refundable. 

Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase.

In the unlikely event that you items arrives damaged in transit, please document (i.e. photograph extensively including packaging) on receipt and e-mail to info@divineseven.com within 48 hour of delivery.  Please keep all the original shipment wrapping and packaging in order to process a successful compensation claim. We can then arrange a replacement.  

7.  Cancellations

 If you wish to cancel your order, please email info@divineseven.com  us as soon as possible, as we try to process your orders promptly. If your order has already been dispatched to you please do not open the package upon receipt, just return the goods to us.  In this eventuality, the delivery costs will be refundable but the return will be at your own expense.

Refunds will only be credited with the same payment method as the original purchase

DiVineSeven may change these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Please review these Terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.

All material on website is copyright DiVineSeVen 2012 unless otherwise stated. You are permitted to view the contents of this site on screen. You are also permitted to make copies of reasonable extracts from the site for your personal use or private study and to save reasonable extracts to your local hard disk for your personal use or private study. It is strictly forbidden to copy any material from this website for commercial use (other than as necessary for the purpose of viewing the site in the course of business). You also agree not to adapt, alter or create a derivative work from any DiVineSeVen content except for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of this website content requires the prior permission of the owner of Divine Seven Limited. The DiVineSeVen logo must not be used by you to link to our site or in other ways represent DiVineSeVen on other websites without explicit permission from the owner of Divine Seven Limited. The only exceptions to this rule are for associated DV7’s Affiliates (they know who they are!).

You are welcome to link to material on the website so long as appropriate credit is given to DiVineSeVen in the link title. You may not link to images or other downloadable resources unless explicit permission from the owner of Divine Seven Limited has been sought, or it falls under the general copyright statement above. Please note we do not have a generic 'links' page. We link to other sites as and when we feel it adds value to the content on our site. The decision to link is an editorial one. We do not generally link to commercial enterprises of any nature except those that we have an agreed collaboration with (ie DV7’s Friends)

Content on the website, including the information, names, images, pictures, logos and icons regarding or relating to DiVineSeVen, its services (or to third party products and services), is provided without any representations or any kind of warranty made (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, compatibility, security and accuracy.

Divine Seven Limited will not be liable for any damages, including indirect or consequential damages, or any damages arising from use or loss of use, data or profits, arising from or in connection with the use of the website. Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to the website, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.

Divine Seven Limited does not warrant that functions contained in the website’s content will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs. You must take your own precautions in this respect as we accept no responsibility for any infection by virus or other contamination or by anything which has destructive properties.

The presentation of material on this website and the geographical designations employed do not imply the expression of any opinion whatsoever on the part of Divine Seven Limited concerning the legal status of any country, territory or area, or concerning the delimitation of its frontiers or boundaries.
